Your Ticket Back to Israel

Building community through a shared experience is the foundation for The JEC's Israel trips.

Focusing on community service, sightseeing, touring and learning, alumni of Birthright Israel have a subsidized opportunity to get back to Israel for more in-depth education about the country and the Jewish People. Participants are exposed to different Israeli communities, leaders and organizations and given plenty of free time to explore Israel on their own terms.

A selective application and interview process are required.

I got way more than I thought I would out of this trip. I hadn’t been to Israel in three years and I hoped to connect with Israel again - and I did in a big way! But the more important connection for me came from my relationship with The JEC staff and the other participants on the trip. It’s not an overstatement to say that meeting these people changed my life. My fondest memories of the trip are the one-on-one conversations about big ideas that happened during free time and playing guitar with another Reloader for the group.
